Resolving complaints about the government
Ombudsman Metropool Amsterdam is a government organization charged with resolving improper conduct and insufficient service by the municipal government when necessary and preventing it wherever possible.
If you are not satisfied with the service of (one of) the municipalities affiliated with us - for example, because a parking ticket was not rescinded, unemployment benefits were suspended or because no one is listening to you - you may file a complaint with Ombudsman Metropool Amsterdam.
